VARGA LT 12

The VARGA LT 12 is a solventless laminator from VARGA-Flexo Kft., built in 2001 for flexible packaging materials. It uses a two-component solventless adhesive for laminating film and other roll-fed materials within the permitted material thickness range. The maximum laminating width is 1200 mm and the maximum web passage is 1220 mm. Winding and unwinding systems accommodate rolls up to 600 mm in diameter; torque-controlled drives maintain even web tension. In addition to lamination, the machine is designed for rewinding, roll slitting, edge trimming up to 20 mm and operation with multiple windings in A, B and C sequence. Its structure includes a frame, winders and a laminating unit with steel cylinders and belt-25 supports.
