VISHVA VELOS 600CP-TSP

The VELOS 600CP-TSP is an industrial pouch-making machine that automatically forms, seals, perforates and cuts bags from flexible materials. With appropriate modules and forming plates, it makes center-seal pouches, three-side-seal pouches and other configurations. It has a 1200 mm wide unwinder, edge guide and automatic web tension control. The central forming section supports continuous longitudinal fin and lap sealing. Linear metal-to-metal and metal-to-rubber sealing units make the bottom seal, with cooling. Other features include pneumatic perforation, euro punch, a 6 mm hole, print registration photocell and servo-driven draw rollers. Bags are cut by a mechanical scissor system. A 7-inch HMI screen provides controls and an automatic production counter.
