FORMECO DS 25 D

The FORMECO DS 25 D is an industrial solvent recovery distiller made by FORMECO in Italy, designed for a batch volume of up to 25 liters. It recovers solvents used for degreasing, washing, cleaning parts and similar industrial processes. Contaminated solvent is heated and evaporated, then the purified vapor is condensed into reusable liquid. Impurities, paint, oils, grease and residues remain in the vessel or liner as waste. According to its nameplate, it operates at 220 V, 50 Hz and 1.85 kW with a 25-liter capacity. The maximum operating temperature is 160 °C; the specified thermal oil is Mobiltherm 605, with a volume of 11 liters. Its Ex marking indicates a design for use with flammable solvents in accordance with the listed standards.
