MAMATA 305 - CP

The MAMATA WIN 305 CP is an industrial pouch-making machine from Mamata Machinery Pvt. Ltd. for fast production of center-seal bags. It has a servo-driven unwinder, a C-fold section with interchangeable forming plates and a continuous fin-seal unit. A pneumatic lap-seal unit also handles heat-sealable BOPP and PE. Servo-driven draw rollers transport the film accurately, while a photocell registers printed material. A metal-to-metal system makes the transverse seal, with seal tools 8, 10 or 12 mm wide. Scissor cutting separates the bags before delivery to a motorized stacker.
